- 1 Bag of Cotton Balls
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Flour
Mix flour and water together.Then add your cotton balls to the paste. Scoop out some small amounts of the cotton ball dough onto a baking sheet. Let any excess paste drip away from the cotton ball. Lay on baking sheet and make any desired shape you like. Cook these in the oven at 325° for 1 hour. Then you can paint them after they cool down.
