Labor Day Snacks For Kids

Labor Day Snack For Kids
"Working For God"
Proverbs 6:6-8- Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.

  • Ant Template (printable version)
  • Ziplock Bag (6 1/2in x 5 7/8in)
  • Snack food to fill the bags (fruit loops, cereal, grapes, popcorn, chips, candy, etc)
  • Stapler - to staple template on bag
  • Laminator - to laminate the template
Print the ant "Working for God" template out and cut them out. You can laminate these if you want. Fill a ziplock bag up with treats of your choice like cereal, grapes, popcorn, chips or candy and close the bag up. Take your template and fold it over the bag and staple at the bottom on right and left side.

Hand out the snack filled bags to the kids during Sunday school or Children's Church.
Use this fun snack to go with our Labor Day Sunday school Lesson. It has name tags, coloring page, clipart, maze, activity sheets and more to go with it. I used an Ant Theme for the Labor day lesson.

We have more Lessons to choose from if you want to see more. We Bible Coloring Pages that go with each lesson and some pretty unique and cool Bible recipes that we have paired up with them.
